This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Subscriptions to the Progense platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Progense LLC ("Progense," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
We offer a full refund on any payment for a paid Subscription if you request it within 14 days of the date of that payment. This applies to your first purchase and to each renewal. We will refund the full amount of the payment to your original payment method. To request a refund, contact us as described in Section 5.
After 14 days from the date of a payment, that payment is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments (see Section 4).
New Accounts include a free trial during which paid-tier features are available at no charge, with no payment method required up front. The trial lets you evaluate the Service before you pay. The trial is separate from the 14-day refund described in Section 1.
Payments for paid Subscriptions are processed by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your transaction. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. The time for a refund to appear depends on Paddle and your payment provider.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation stops future payments, and your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you would like a refund for your most recent payment, request one within the 14-day window described in Section 1.
To request a refund, contact us at progense@gmail.com from your Account email and include the details of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. In most cases a refund under Section 1 is faster than a payment dispute.
These refund rights are in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised when we do. Changes do not apply to refund requests already determined.
